Near to Haram

In spite of I asked for parking & baby bed before i go and get confirmation that all are available, when i went there I found a very bad treatment from the receptionists staff, they told me there is no available parking and no available baby bed, no available internet connection in the rooms, internet only available in the lobby.

Staff were really friendly and helpful allowed a late checkout as our flight was delayed and also offer to keep our luggage for a couple of hours too.

There was no water in the room even just a little... Also, while internet was available via cable but I struggle to find the cable outlet so it may be a good idea to plg in the cable all along so people can use the internet...

*Room services & Hotel staff. *Near Alharam only walking less than 5 min.

*No lunch time or dinner time. *No room Breakfast. *No famous resturant near the hotel.

there is no tea nor coffee machine in the room, parking and baby cot was requested during reservation and at show up it was never given, breakfast at the day of arafat was given in the morning no body showed and at magreb they said the breakfast is 60 SR each while it was included in reservation, the next day brakfast was served but it was bad and most of the food was finished simply it was not enough for half of the existing people, they did not clean any of the four rooms i reserved until we spoke to reception then they came to clean at 8 pm and it was very bad cleaning and eventhough all rooms was for 3 persons they did not supply any cleaning materials nor soap or shamppoo or change bed cover simply nothing. no internet in the room

The cost of room were very high during the religious festival days.

Fast check-in although I came earily but the reception guys was so friendly and helpful , clean room , location is great which is around five min. Walking from the prophet mosque , value for money .

Near to Haram

We stayed for 4 days and no one come for house keeping, i have to ask the hotel management to send someone for house keeping.

Reciption is good and helpfull

cleanness is not good and smell of bathrooms. Resturant services is not good.

1- All the staff were very friendly 2- All the rooms were clean, comfort and calm 3- Smile on faces is the only thing you will find allover the hotel with asap help from the staff 4- The Hotel is too close to the Masjid which was wonderful

1- they charge the total money from my visa before going to hotel for two weeks which is against the Booked.net regulations sent to me. 2- Didn`t find any BabyCots for my little 2 years baby which was so hard for the three of us to sleep on the same bed which is so bad for this good hotel to have shortages in BabyCots
